TenQs about myself, about the world

  1. Is my eyesight damaged from excessive computer use?
  2. Is it permanently endangered?
  3. How can I strengthen the research-question-finding component of my academic writing course?
  4. What experiences are missing from my syllabus?
  5. How can I respond more technifficiently to the writing students submit in the online section of academic writing?
  6. How can I be as productive every day as I’d like to be, so that I can stop feeling as if I’m always struggling to catch up with something?
  7. Alternatively, how can I be more at peace with all these pressures and just “be here now” without the nagging suspicion I am supposed to be somewhere else and a couple of hours ago to boot?
  8. How can I especially “be here now” for others?
  1. Is the Bush Administration preparing to go to war with Iran?
  2. What can I do about the global economy?
  3. How bad is the economy going to get?
  4. What should I be doing for my personal economy, and how much comfort will that be if neighbors are in foreclosure or students are coming to class homeless (as one did last semester) or hungry?
  5. How much longer will it take for NYC schools ALL simply to “have up-to-date technology for ALL students, faculty, staff,” no ifs, ands, or buts…?????
  6. In the meantime, how can I use what I’m learning in this institute with the TFs with whom I work, most of whom have, at best, a mobile laptop cart a day or two per week? We spent about 15 hours each playing with hypertextopia and VoiceThread…that would be four weeks of 45-minute hs classes…
  7. How can I influence anyone else?
  8. How can I influence others not to use open space for dumping?
  9. How can I influence others not to litter?
  10. How can I generate more and best use my energy?
